Krasnodar region is consistently in the top 3 regions of Russia in terms of housing construction (more than 4 million square meters of housing are commissioned annually)

The Krasnodar Region consistently leads in the construction of new housing, ranking 1st among regions of the Southern Federal District.

The construction complex employs over 240 thousand people. The warm climate helps to reduce the cost of heating and building construction. This allows investors to save at least 20% of the cost of construction.

Unique experience in the construction and organization of large-scale projects of international importance, the availability of advanced construction technologies and competencies, as well as contracting companies (including foreign ones) for the implementation of projects of any level of complexity.

Many technical and design solutions were tested for the first time in the world during the implementation of these projects in Krasnodar region. Among them are the combined road and railway road to Krasnaya Polyana, as well as the unique modern specialized track “Sochi Avtodrom” (the only one in the world of combined urban and stationary format), the Krasnodar FC stadium with an installed giant media screen.
